if i order online how long will it take to receive my order?
all pieces are created, and then packed, by hand. allow up to two and a half weeks for delivery of domestic orders, four weeks for international. orders are shipped to the address you give us. do you have sample swatches?

i do not wish to create a paypal account but I would like to order from you, what should I do?

i just discovered BELLE & Purla and would like to buy one of your pieces, but i'm getting married this week! i noticed that your pieces take at least 2 weeks to arrive, what can I do?
if you urgently need a piece please email the studio to discuss the option of rushing your item. depending on the item you want, we may be able to satisfy your request.


do you do custom work?
ABSOLUTELY! if you have a custom order request, please email us. we love doing custom work so please feel free to contact Julie to discuss the options and your ideas.

returns and exchanges
